How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Kennewick?

Do you work outside Kennewick?

Yes. R Homes remodels homes in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, and Burbank. If you are anywhere in the Tri-Cities, call and ask.

Is the work covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every job comes with a written 1-year warranty on all workmanship, which is what Washington State requires of contractors. If something we built is not right, we come back and fix it.

Who will actually be in my house?

Rod and the R Homes crew. This is a family-owned company that has been building and remodeling in the Tri-Cities since 2015. You are not handed off to a subcontractor you have never met.

Do you do bathrooms and other rooms, or only kitchens?

Kitchens are the bulk of what we do, but we also handle full bathroom remodels, showers and tubs, tile, flooring throughout the house, room additions, and living and dining room renovations. We also take on restorations of older homes.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

It depends on scope and how quickly cabinets and countertops arrive. Rod lays out a realistic timeline in the written plan before work starts and keeps you posted if a delivery slips.
